What a cool looking birthday cake too. Erin tells me everyday what type of cake she would like for her birthday - "I'm growing up now" she tells me - and she is. The cake decision - some days it is an Upsy Daisy cake, then a puppy, a butterfly, a lolly cake and so on. SOme days she even says - I don't want a cake. Then she says we can have a cake, but "I dont' want to cut it". I hope she likes what we come up with. Lucky for me we're having 3 cakes - one for each of the day care places and one for home!
