We found the opposite, Sarah and I. We had bad experiences in Kampot,and literally ran for our lives! We stayed at Sokha Beach Resort in Sihanoukville,which was a beach closed to all but those people staying there, and it was TRULY beautiful. Kep of course is extra special. I am so disappointed that Sihanoukville was like that for you! We found the opposite, Sarah and I. We had bad experiences in Kampot,and literally ran for our lives!
